3. Custom Suit Orders

• All orders are custom-made and tailored to individual specifications.

• Full payment is required before we begin the tailoring process. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Inaccurate measurements provided by the client may result in additional alteration costs.

• We reserve the right to reject orders due to unavailability of materials or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment and Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full payment must be made before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways.

5. Fitting and Alterations

• We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. If your suit does not fit perfectly, we will make the necessary adjustments at no additional cost to ensure the best possible fit.

• One complimentary fitting session is included in the price.

• Additional alterations beyond standard adjustments may incur additional charges.

• Fittings must be scheduled within 30 days of order completion.

6. Delivery and Turnaround Time

• Standard production time varies between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as fabric shortages or shipping disruptions.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

• If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, we will make necessary corrections at no additional charge.

• Our Perfect Fit Guarantee ensures that if your suit does not fit properly, we will make it right.
