📏 Two Types of Measurement Methods
We offer two different pathways for ordering your suit, each with its own policy:
1. You Provide Your Own Measurements
If you submit your own measurements during the order process:
Made-to-Measure, Final Sale: Your suit will be crafted based on the exact measurements you provide. Because this product is already discounted, we cannot offer refunds or cover the cost of remakes, alterations, or local tailor fees if the fit is not ideal.
Alteration Option Available: We want you to love the fit of your suit. If adjustments are needed, we offer a one-time alteration service for $75, which includes:
A detailed walkthrough from our team on how to correctly take and re-confirm your measurements
Adjustments made to your existing suit based on updated measurements
No Returns Accepted: As your suit is custom-made based on your personal data, returns are not accepted under this measurement method.
2. We Take and Confirm Your Measurements
If our team takes or verifies your measurements in person:
Fit Guarantee: If the suit does not fit correctly based on the measurements we took, we will cover the cost of any required alterations. This includes remakes or modifications as needed to meet our standards.
Out-of-Area or Rush Delivery: If you’re not in one of our service areas and need your suit shipped before we can fit it in person:
You may work with a trusted local tailor.
We will subsidize reasonable alteration costs (typically up to a pre-approved amount).
All reimbursements must be supported by valid receipts and prior approval.
No Returns After Production Begins: Once you’ve approved the fabric, style, and we’ve begun cutting and tailoring, the order is final and cannot be canceled or returned.
🎨 General Return & Style Policy
Please note the following applies to all custom orders, regardless of how measurements are provided:
Custom Product = Final Sale: All suits are cut and sewn specifically for you. Once production begins, orders cannot be returned or canceled.
Style & Fabric Choices Are Final: We do not accept returns based on changes of heart regarding:
Color
Pattern
Fabric texture
Style or design preferences We strongly encourage customers to ask for fabric swatches or styling advice before finalizing their selection.
Alteration Timeline: If modifications are required (either paid or subsidized), please allow 10–14 business days from the time we receive your suit and updated measurements.
