How long does the process take?

A: Typically, the process takes between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on fabric availability, complexity of design, and the number of fittings required. Rush services may be available upon request.

Do I need an appointment for a consultation?

A: You can customize nearly every aspect of your suit, including fabric, lapel style, buttons, pocket design, lining, stitching, monogramming, and more.

How many fittings will I need?
A: Most customers require two to three fittings to perfect the fit. Additional adjustments may be made to ensure absolute precision.

What if I lose or gain weight after my measurements are taken?
A: If your weight fluctuates significantly, we can make necessary alterations. However, we recommend scheduling your fitting when you’re at a stable weight for the best results.

A: Prices vary based on fabric choice, construction, and level of customization. Our suits typically start at $300-$1,000 and go up based on design complexity and premium materials.

Do you require a deposit?
A: No, we do not take deposits. Payment of the full cost of the suit is required before we begin.

What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, buy-now pay-later options like Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm and cash payments at our showroom.

Shipping and Handling

How should I care for my bespoke suit?
A: We recommend dry cleaning only when necessary to preserve the fabric’s quality. Store your suit in a breathable garment bag and use a wooden hanger to maintain its shape.

Can you alter a suit I bought elsewhere?
A: No! Our expert tailors are very busy and cannot perform alterations on suits purchased elsewhere.
